The Connected Pipeline

From first enquiry to signed client, every step connected.

Funnels, CRM, booking, follow-up and the automations between them. Built, connected and tested by someone who stays involved from the first form to the final invoice.

The connected pipeline

Six stages. Click any one to see what gets built.

This is the whole journey an enquiry takes. Some clients need all six. Many need two or three fixed and the rest tidied.

Capture: the page that asks the right question

A landing page and form built for one decision. Short where it should be short, specific where it needs to be, and wired straight into your CRM so nothing sits in an inbox.

What gets built

  • Landing page or funnel in GoHighLevel or WordPress
  • Form or quiz that qualifies as it captures
  • CRM contact created, tagged and sourced
  • Thank-you page that sets the next step

Qualify: the right leads rise to the top

Simple scoring and routing so the enquiries worth a call get fast attention, and the rest get a kind, useful reply without taking your time.

What gets built

  • Lead scoring rules in your CRM
  • Instant reply by email and SMS
  • Pipeline stages that match how you really sell
  • Alerts to you or your team for hot leads

Book: from "we're interested" to a time on the calendar

Booking links, reminders and reschedule flows so people show up, and so a missed call turns into a second chance instead of a lost lead.

What gets built

  • Calendar and booking page setup
  • Confirmation, reminder and no-show sequences
  • Pre-call questions that make the call better
  • Round robin or team routing if you need it

Follow up: the conversation stays warm

Email and SMS sequences written in your voice that answer the real objections, share the right proof and bring back the people who went quiet. Not a drip of "just checking in."

What gets built

  • Nurture sequence, written and loaded
  • Re-engagement flow for cold leads
  • Post-call and proposal follow-ups
  • Segmented broadcasts for launches and offers

Close: saying yes is easy

Proposals, agreements and payments connected so the moment someone decides, the next step is one click, not an email chain.

What gets built

  • Proposal and e-signature flow
  • Payment links, deposits or plans via Stripe
  • Won-deal automations that trigger onboarding
  • Lost-deal follow-up with a path back

Onboard: the first week feels effortless

Welcome emails, intake forms, portal or membership access and internal handoffs, all triggered the moment a deal is won. Your new client feels looked after before you've opened your laptop.

What gets built

  • Welcome sequence and intake form
  • Membership or client portal access (MemberPress, BuddyBoss, GHL)
  • Internal task creation for your team
  • Review and referral ask at the right moment

How it works

Four weeks, give or take, from map to handover.

Bigger builds take longer, smaller fixes are faster. Either way you'll know the plan and the price before anything starts.

Week 1

Map

We walk the journey an enquiry takes today, tool by tool. You get a one-page map of what stays, what goes and what's missing, with a fixed quote.

Weeks 2 to 3

Build

Pages, pipeline, sequences and automations get built in a staging space. You review as we go, not at the end.

Week 4

Connect and test

Every path gets tested with real test leads, from the first click to the onboarding email. Then we switch it on.

After launch

Hand over and refine

Screen recordings for every piece, a 30-day check-in and the option of a light monthly retainer for tweaks and improvements.

A good fit if you

  • Already get enquiries and want more of them to become clients
  • Sell a service, program or membership with a real sales conversation
  • Use GoHighLevel, WordPress or are open to moving there
  • Want one person accountable for the whole pipeline

Probably not yet if you

  • Haven't sold your offer to anyone yet
  • Want a one-off page with nothing behind it
  • Need someone on call for daily admin (that's a VAverse placement)
  • Expect a system to fix an offer that isn't landing
Investment

A fixed quote, before a single thing is built.

Sales Systems work is scoped as a project with a fixed price, based on the map from week one. After launch, most clients keep a light monthly retainer for improvements, new sequences and the odd fire to put out.

You keep ownership of every account, page and automation. Nothing is built in our name or held hostage if we part ways.
Do I need to be on GoHighLevel?
No. GoHighLevel is our first recommendation for most service businesses because it holds the CRM, calendar, funnels and sequences in one place. If you're on another stack that works, we'll build around it.
Will you write the emails too?
Yes. Copy in your voice is part of the build. You'll review every sequence before it goes live.
What if I already have a funnel?
Then we start from the map. Often the pages are fine and the gaps are in qualifying, follow-up or onboarding. You only pay for what needs building.
Can my VA run it afterwards?
That's the point of the handover recordings. If you don't have a VA yet, VAverse can place one who already knows these tools.
Do you also run the ads?
Yes, through Campaign Partnerships. Many clients start with Systems so the traffic has somewhere good to land, then add ads.

Ready for a pipeline you can actually trust?

Bring us the tools you already pay for and the enquiries you already get. We'll show you where the gaps are and what it takes to close them.
