The right person changes everything.
3 to 4finalists on your shortlist
~2weeks to the shortlist
$0monthly markup, ever
6months of replacement cover
Hired, not rented

Agencies rent you an assistant and keep a slice every month. VAverse finds you one and steps aside.

When the person is yours, they stay longer, earn more, and care about your business the way an employee does. You get the loyalty, they get the full pay, and nobody is skimming the middle.

Yours, on your tools, in your hours.

The VA works for you, in the tools you already use, on the hours you agree. No agency account manager in the middle.

What you pay is what they earn.

Direct employment means better people apply and better people stay. Nobody is skimming a monthly margin.

Six months of replacement cover.

If it doesn't work out in the first six months, the search starts again at no extra cost to you.

How placement works

Six stages. Roughly two weeks. Three to four people worth meeting.

Each stage narrows the field. Only the people who clear all six reach your shortlist, with scorecards, task results and reference checks attached.

Day 1

Scope the role

A 30-minute call to define the tasks, hours, tools and the kind of person who'll thrive with you. You approve the brief before anything goes out.

Days 2 to 5

Source

Posting, headhunting and referrals, drawing from a large, active pool of experienced remote assistants.

Days 4 to 8

Screen

Experience, stability, written English, responsiveness and attention to detail. Most applicants stop here.

Days 7 to 10

Video and practical test

A recorded introduction for communication, then a real task from your brief for skill.

Days 10 to 12

Interview

A structured conversation about judgment, ownership and working independently across time zones.

Day 14

Shortlist

Three to four finalists with scorecards, test results and reference checks. You interview, choose and hire directly.

$3,500USD, once. That's the whole fee.

One placement fee covers the search, the screening, the shortlist, six months of replacement cover and the onboarding check-in. There is no monthly markup, ever. You pay your assistant directly, and they keep all of it.

Compared with renting from an agency

Agencies take a slice every month, for as long as they work for you. We take one fee and step aside.

Slide the months to see what stays in your business. The salary is the same either way and isn't included.

Slide to see what stays in your business instead of going to an agency, based on a typical $600 per month markup.

Agency markup$7,200
VAverse fee$3,500
What you keep with VAverse over that time$3,700

Your fee is $3,500 once. A typical agency would have taken $7,200 in markup over the same period, and it keeps going after that.

Good to know

Questions founders ask before they hire.

If yours isn't here, bring it to the call. There's no pitch, just a conversation about whether a placement makes sense for you right now.

Where are the assistants based?
Mostly the Philippines and South Africa, where English is strong and working hours can overlap with yours depending on the role. We agree on the hours in the brief.
How do I pay them?
Directly, usually monthly through a platform like Wise or Deel. We'll set up the simplest option for your country as part of onboarding.
What if it doesn't work out?
Within the first six months, the search starts again at no extra cost. It's rare, because the practical test and interview catch most mismatches before you ever meet them.
How is this different from outsourcing to an agency?
An agency keeps the relationship and a monthly cut. With a placement, the person is yours, paid in full, and the only fee is the one-time search.
Can they run the systems Leading4WD builds?
Yes. The Tech and Systems VA role is built for exactly that, and the handover recordings from a Sales Systems project are part of their onboarding.
