Who we are
This website is run by Leading4WD (ABN 68 316 951 159), the studio behind The Connected Pipeline, Campaign Partnerships, The Strategy Room and the VAverse placement service. We're based in Brisbane, Australia, and we work with clients around the world. When this policy says "we", it means Leading4WD and the people who work with us on your behalf.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form, book a call or sign up for Overnight Notes, we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name, website, the door you picked, your timing, and whatever you wrote in the message box. If you book through Calendly, Calendly also passes us the time you chose and the answers to any booking questions.
When you browse the site, our analytics tools collect the usual technical details: the pages you visit, roughly how long you stay, where you clicked, the device and browser you're using, the general region you're in, and which link or ad brought you here. This is collected in aggregate and we don't try to work out who you are from it.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare for your call. To send you the download you asked for and, if you signed up, Overnight Notes. To understand which pages help people and which ones confuse them, so we can improve the site. And, if you came from one of our ads, to tell the ad platform that the ad worked so it shows more of the useful ones and fewer of the useless ones.
We don't sell your details. We don't rent our list. We don't add you to anything you didn't ask for.
The tools we use
Your form and sign-up details are stored in GoHighLevel, the CRM we use to manage enquiries and send email. Bookings run through Calendly. The site is hosted on Vercel. For analytics we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (which records anonymized session replays and heatmaps, with keystrokes and form contents masked) and the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure and retarget our advertising. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.
Cookies
The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies so they can tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works on the first click. If you unsubscribe you keep any download we already sent you. If you'd rather we delete your record entirely, email us and we'll do that within a few days and confirm when it's done.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and record-keeping reasons. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're in the UK, the EU or California, the rights under your local law (access, correction, deletion, portability and objection) apply too, and we'll honor them the same way. If you're not happy with how we've handled a request you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, mention it in Overnight Notes.
