The free downloads and Overnight Notes
The checklists, templates and plans on the Steal These page are free for you to use in your own business, as often as you like. Please don't resell them, repackage them as your own, or strip the Leading4WD name off and hand them out. Sharing the page link with a friend is very welcome. When you request a download you're also added to Overnight Notes; every email has an unsubscribe link and you keep the download either way.
What the content is, and isn't
Everything on this site, including the case studies, the notes and the downloads, is general information based on our experience. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, and it isn't a promise that your business will see the same results. The numbers in our case studies are real and come from real client work, but every business, offer and market is different, and past results don't guarantee future ones. Use your own judgment and get professional advice where it matters.
Pricing on the site
Where we show prices (for example the VAverse placement fee or Campaign Partnerships starting points) they're accurate at the time of publishing, quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change. The price that applies to your project is the one in your written proposal or agreement, not the one on a web page.
Booking a call
Connect calls are free and carry no obligation. If you book and can't make it, please use the reschedule link so the slot can go to someone else. Clarity Sessions and other paid work only begin once a proposal is accepted and the fee is paid, and their terms live in that agreement.
Our content
The words, photographs, logos, designs and video on this site belong to Leading4WD or are used with permission. You're welcome to quote a short extract with a link back. Please don't copy whole pages, reuse the photographs, or use the Leading4WD, VAverse or Ilona Engelbrecht names and logos without asking.
Testimonials and client names
Testimonials are from real clients, used with their permission and reproduced as they wrote them. Client names and logos appear with consent. If you're a client and want something changed or removed, email us and we'll do it.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to and uses tools run by other companies (Calendly, Google, Meta, Microsoft and the software in our "Tools we swear by" section, some of which may be affiliate links). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what happens on them. See our privacy page for what each tool collects here.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Leading4WD isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, the downloads or the newsletter. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If something goes wrong, email us first; most things can be sorted out with one conversation.
